HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05172011 - C.34RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #22–871–9 with Decade Software Company, LLC, a limited liability company, effective April 30, 2011, to amend Contract #22–871 (as amended by Contract Amendment/Extension Agreements #22–871–01 through #22–871–8) to increase the payment limit by $65,000, from $427,620 to a new payment limit of $492,620 and extend the term from April 30, 2011 through April 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Environmental Health program fees. Approval of Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #22–871–9 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services, through April 30, 2012. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, County will not have access to Contractor’s data management services, so Environmental Health inspectors will not be able to report inspection results, the Department will not be able to invoice facilities for their fees, and County residents will not have access to public inspection reports.
