RESCIND Traffic Resolution No. 1991/3451; ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2011/4334 to
establish speed limits on Pacheco Boulevard (Road No. 3951C), as recommended by the
Public Works Director, Martinez and Pleasant Hill area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The establishment of speed limits on Pacheco Boulevard is necessary to allow local
authorities to enforce the speed limits.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Unable to use local authorities' power to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
