CirclePoint prepared and delivered an Administrative Draft EIR, but the project was put on hold for various reasons. A first amendment to the original contract was approved in November, 2009 to provide additional services to complete the EIR. Since then the scope of work has expanded to include new traffic data, sea level rise information, water/wastewater capacity, and fire protection services. The proposed second contract amendment will allow CirclePoint to provide services necessary to complete the EIR for this project. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the contract amendment is not approved, the EIR for the Pantages Bays project would not be able to be completed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None.
