FISCAL IMPACT: $40,000: 100% Humboldt State University funding. No County Costs BACKGROUND: The Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County has applied for grant funds from Humboldt State University Foundation to provide continued Small Business Development Center (SBDC) services to business owners in Contra Costa County for calendar year 2011/2012. The SBDC will provide a vast array of business services including general business consulting, training, information and referral, marketing, and financial consulting.
