CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Children Ready for and Succeeding in School: Children will learn that the library can
provide materials and assistance in completing homework assignments and that the library
has a wide array of reading selections at all reading and interest levels. Exposing students to
the library as they are learning to read reinforces classroom instruction, encourages students
to use library services, and promotes lifelong reading and learning.
