HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05032011 - C.53RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 20926 to increase the hours of one (1) Secretary Journey Level (J3TF) (represented) position #7402 from 32/40 to 40/40 in the Health Services Department. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in a cost of approximately $14,664.25 annually. 100% of this cost will be offset by the elimination of straight time overtime already incurred by this employee working over her designated position hours. BACKGROUND: This position is responsible for providing administrative secretarial support to the Health Services Chief Quality Officer and Chief Operations Officer. The incumbent consistently works over the assigned position hours and the need for these additional hours will continue indefinitely.
