There will be no additional cost. BACKGROUND: The Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) is requesting to cancel two Administrative Services Assistant II-Project positions due to the operational need for long-term permanent Administrative Services Assistant-II full time positions. One of these new positions will be assigned to the Membership Maintenance Unit and the second position will be assigned to the Health Care Operations Unit. Administrative Services Assistants represent CCHP on specific administrative matters and act as liaisons with other departments and agencies. Both positions are responsible for conducting monthly regulatory guideline audits and data analysis for the purpose of recommending program changes. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this action is not approved, the Contra Costa Health Plan will not have appropriate positions for their long term needs. ATTACHMENTS P-300 #20914
