(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: The subdivision agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) has been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meets all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The subdivision agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be approved.
