Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf
of the County, Contract #26-693 with Strategic Advisor Community Health, LLC, in an
amount not to exceed $736,250, to provide physician leadership with regard to
implementation of the Medi-Cal Waiver Delivery System Reform Program at Contra Costa
Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from May 1, 2011
through June 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% offset with Federal Funding.
BACKGROUND:
Under Contract #26-693, the Strategic Advisor Community Health, LLC, will provide
physician leadership with regard to implementation of the Medi-Cal Waiver Delivery
System Reform Program at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health
Center, for the period from May 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013.
