Subject:2010/11 CA Dept. of Educ. Alternative Payment Childcare services revenue contract, Amend 1
BACKGROUND:
On June 22, 2010 the Board approved receipt of funds from California Department of

as the program calendar years are set. This amendment is to reduce the minimum days of

the State regarding program eligibility requirements, admissions policies, and fee schedule.
Approval of this revenue contract will provide support funds for alternative payment
childcare services to program eligible children and families.
State: CCAP 0011 / Amend 1
County: 29-212-11
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If not approved, contract amendment will not be processed which may result in payment
delays for this revenue contract.
