ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/144 accepting completion of improvements for Applewood
Drive, Road Acceptance RA 08-01244 (cross-reference Subdivision SD 99-08306), as
recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District
III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware
Corporation has completed the road improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement,
and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. These improvements shall
remain private until dedicated for public use on the Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision
09-00010 to be approved and recorded at a later date.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not
