At 12: 50 P .M . the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street , Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed session. Supervisor Nancy Fanden , Chairwoman Supervisor Tom Powers Supervisor Robert Schroder Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak Supervisor Tom Torlakson At 2: 30 P .M . the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda . CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT —JANUARY 29 , 1985 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9 , subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. A-2 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9 , subdivision: (c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. A-3. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9 , subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. A-4 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956. 9 , subdivision: (c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. (b) Significant exposure to litigation. A-5 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Governement Code §54956 . 9 , subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. To state the title would jeopardize the Board' s ability to conclude existing settlement negotiations to its advantage. A-6 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9 , subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. B-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of per- formance, or dismissal.
