The Board of Supervisors, as the Board of Commissioners of the Contra
Costa County Redevelopment Agency, ORDERS that the following Contract is APPROVED,
and the following Grant Deed is ACCEPTED:

The Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency is AUTHORIZED to
execute the above Contract on behalf of the Agency.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw a warrant in the
amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said deed recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder.
