Grant Deed 1-14-85 First American $225,747.00 Carlson Contract 1-29-85 Title Guaranty Company Escrow No. 751123 Payment is for a 8,361 square foot lot improved with a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with attached garage, located at 1401 Las Juntas Way, Walnut Creek. The Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Contract on behalf of the Agency. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw a warrant in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery.
