THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on March 6, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.90/143
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 79-82,
Crockett Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision MS 79-82 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Alex Tommerup and Alan
M. Brasesco heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with
the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of March 6, 1990
thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year
warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 62186, dated February 17 , 1983) plus interest
in accordance with Government Code Section 53079 , if appropriate,
to Alex Tommerup and Alan M. Brasesco pursuant to the
requirements of the Ordinance Code.
