HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03222011 - C.03RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/112 accepting completion of warranty period and release of cash deposit under the Road Improvement Agreement for road acceptance RA 05-01188 (cross-reference Subdivision SD 90-07562), for project being developed by Shea Homes Limited Partnership, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Oakley area. (District V) FISCAL IMPACT: The action will allow the County to reimburse the cash bond in the amount of $7,481.00 less staff cost. BACKGROUND: The road improvements have met the guarantee performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of the improvements.
