HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01091990 - 90/171-084 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 9 , 1990 by the following vote: AYES:Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION N0. 90/17 SUBJECT:_ RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE, NOTICE OF COMPLETION C & I ENTERPRISES , CONTRACT 31361 This Board, as the Board of Directors of the West County Fire Protection District on May 26 , 1987 , contracted with C & I Enterprises , for performing discing and mowing work in connection with the weed abatement program of the West County Fire Protection District , Contract 31361 , for work to be performed for the years 1987, 1988 and 1989 within the District; and Fire Chief Charles Schwab reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans , special provisions and standard specifications for the third year (1989) of the contract except for: $150 charged in error for Parcel 419-051-013 . Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of the Resolution and Notice as..-a Notice of Completion for said contract and the 10% minus $150) ($2 ,664 . 83) withheld from the first and second progress payments be distributed in accordance with the contract provisions . PASSED AND ADOPTED ON January 9 , 1990 .
