THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 9, 1990 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 90/8
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6939, Walnut
Creek Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6939 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with MSM Development
Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of January 9, 1990
thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $18,130 cash deposit
Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 147351, dated October 21, 1988)
made by MSM Development Corporation be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance
Code. The improvements covered by the one year warranty includes
the concrete driveway constructed in Subdivision 6939.
