THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 9, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 90/7
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 5722, Clayton
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 5722 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Albert D. Seeno
Construction Company heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
The . Public Works Director having further notified this
Board that said subdivision has been annexed by the City of
Clayton, and that the County has continued to perform inspection
services and perform routine staff duties in processing the
subdivision until its completion as agreed to with the City, and
that the City concurs in accepting the improvements in said
subdivision as complete.By accepting the improvements as
complete, the County does not accept the roads for maintenance.
The city proposes to accept the roads for maintenance and
perform the one year warranty inspection.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of January 9 , 1990
thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $8 , 300 cash deposit
Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 81275, dated July 16, 1984) made by
Albert D. Seeno Construction Company be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 . 406 of the Ordinance
Code.
