HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03152011 - C.89RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Larry Digman, a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $163,200 to provide data warehouse analysis services for the period April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: 163,200: Administrative Overhead (20% County, 40% State, 40% Federal) BACKGROUND: Mr. Digman was selected through the competitive bidding process. He is responsible for assisting with the operation of a data warehouse that includes data from multiple systems, including California Works Information Network (CalWIN). He will analyze, match, and validate data to create reports to support program compliance, business operations, and decision-making.
