FISCAL IMPACT: No net County cost. 100% Federal 2009 Homeland Security Grant Program funding. (CFDA# 97.067) BACKGROUND: The Board of Supervisors approved and authorized the Sheriff-Coroner to accept the 2009 Homeland Security Grant from the State of California Emergency Management Agency on October 6, 2009 (Item C.33).
