Subject:Interagency Agreement #28–324 with West Contra Costa Unified School District
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
the schools and county-operated clinics, through Community Based Organizations that have
contracts with County for professional mental health services.
Under Interagency Agreement #28–324, West Contra Costa Unified School District will pay
County for the provision of case management and outpatient mental health services, through
June 30, 2011.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this agreement is not approved, Agency will not pay County for case management and
outpatient mental health services, so special education students within the West Contra

as a result, may require treatment at a higher level of service.
