FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: Ms. Seaver was appointed to her seat in August of 2010 for a two year period. She has submitted her resignation from the Advisory Council on Aging. Her address is: 453 Eastgate Lane, Martinez, CA 94553 CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If left unfilled, the Advisory Council on Aging will have difficulty conducting routine business matters.
