HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03012011 - C.35RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE Appropriation Adjustment No. 5011 authorizing new revenue in Sheriff's Contract Services (0277) in the amount of $2,699,668 by reclassifying existing appropriations from expenditure transfers to revenue from contract police services. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. This action reclassifies existing expenditure transfer appropriations to estimated revenue in the amount of $2,699,668. BACKGROUND: The Sheriff's Office is reclassifying existing appropriations and estimated revenue to appropriately reflect actual expenditures and revenue from contract police services for fiscal year 2010/11. This is a technical action that has no impact on the Sheriff's general purpose revenue allocation. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Current appropriations and estimated revenue will not appropriately reflect actual expenditures and revenue.
