APPROVE the month-to-month Rental Agreements with Erin Kremer and Francisco Ramirez (Tenants), for the
property at 2409 Sunset Drive, Apartments B & C, Assessor’s Parcel No. 068-142-019, in the amount of $625.00 per
month per unit effective November 1, 2010, in connection with the State Route 4 (E) Widening-Sommersville Road
to Route 160 Project. (District V)
AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute said Rental Agreements on behalf of Contra Costa
County.
DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Rental Agreements delivered to the Tenants.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.

This property was acquired for the State Route 4 (E) Widening- Somersville Road to Route 160 Project in accordance
with the approved plans and

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
specifications. The County agreed to enter into rental agreements once escrow closed to allow the Tenants to remain
on the property while in the process of finding and being relocated to a replacement dwelling. The tenants did not
return the signed rental agreements but continued to pay rent which delayed the execution of said rental agreements.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Tenants will not have the rights to occupy the property.
