Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
Amendment Agreement #26-668-1 with Asereth Medical Services, Inc., a corporation, effective November 1, 2010,
to amend Contract #26-668, to increase the payment limit by $20,000, from $90,000 to a new payment limit of
$110,000, with no change in the original term of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. No rate increase.
BACKGROUND:
On May 2010 the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #26-668
with Asereth Medical Services, Inc. for the period from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011, for the provision of
temporary pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to provide coverage during peak loads, temporary absences and
emergency situations.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-668-1 will allow the Contractor to provide additional temporary
pharmacists
