IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that a portion of the land offered for
dedication in Subdivision 5385, shown as the "Contra Costa County Flood Control
Drainage Easement," and recorded November 7, 1980 in Book 247 of Maps at Page 13,
Official Records, which portion is more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby ACCEPTED.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have this Board Order recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder.

A portion of Lot,2 as shown on the map entitled "Map of the Hemme Subdivision of
what is known as the Ford Tract in Rancho San Ramon", which map was filed March
4, 1895, in Volume C of Maps at page 71, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
California.
More particularly described as being a portion of Subdivision 5385, a map of
which was filed November 7, 1980, in Volume 247 of Maps at page 13, Official
Records of said County. Bearings are based on the Cal.ifornia Coordinate System
Zone III.
Parcel 56B: (Accept portion of Offer of Dedication by Subdivision 5385)
A portion of that parcel of land shown as "Contra Costa County Flood Control
Drainage Easement" on the map of Subdivision 5385, filed November 7, 1980, in
Volume 247 of Maps at page 13, Official Records of Contra Costa County, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Subdivision 5385 (247 M 13) ; thence
along the northwest boundary of said Subdivision, North 53025'56" East 409.10
feet; thence South 36034'04" East 25 feet; thence South 53025'56" West 20 feet;
thence along a tangent curve, concave to the east, with a radius of 20 feet, -thru
a central angle of 900, a distance of 31.42 feet; thence South 36034'04" East 20
feet; thence South 53025156" West 20 feet; thence North 36034'04" West 20 feet;
thence along a tangent curve, concave to the south, with a radius of 20 feet,
thru a central angle of 900; a distance of 31.42 feet; thence South 53025156"
West 307.49 feet; thence along a tangent curve, concave to the east, with a
radius of 20 feet, thru a central angle of 880521 , a distance of 31.02 feet, to a
point of cusp; thence North 35026'04" West 44.61 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 11,285 square feet.
