ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 20886 to add three (3) Mental Health Clinical Specialist (VQSB)
(represented) positions at salary level QT2 1384 ($4,333.51 - $6,433.13) in the Health Services Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval, this action will result in an annual yearly cost of approximately $371,778, including pension costs of
$77,351, and will be completely covered by Mental Health Services Act funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Mental Health Division is requesting to add three full-time Mental Health Clinical Specialist positions to expand
the Full Service Partnerships under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). A Full Service Partnership (FSP) is the
collaborative relationship between the County and the client and, when appropriate, the client’s family, through
which the County plans for and provides the full spectrum of community services so that the client can achieve
