BACKGROUND: The Tenant seat on the Contra Costa County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is currently vacant due to the resignation of Diana Tenes. In order to fill the vacancy, the Board of Commissioners requested the Housing Authority Executive Director to conduct a recruitment and present the candidates to a subcommittee composed of Commissioners Glover and Uilkema.
