HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01112011 - C.69RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-506-3 with East Bay Perinatal Medical Associates, a general partnership, in an amount not to exceed $102,000, for the provision of perinatalogy services for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. No rate increase. Approval of Contract #26-506-3 will allow the Contractor to continue providing perinatalogy services through December 31, 2013. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, patients requiring these medical services at Contra Costa Regional Medical and Contra Costa Health Centers would go untreated. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
