HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12142010 - C.135RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Redevelopment Director, or designee, on behalf of the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency, to execute an amendment to the Project Agreement and Work Program with Contra Costa County Public Works for the Bella Vista Infrastructure Study, extending the term of the agreement from December 31, 2010 to March 31, 2011, to allow completion of the project without change to the payment limit of $108,000. FISCAL IMPACT: No General Funds will be utilized. Redevelopment Funds have been budgeted for the study. BACKGROUND: The amended Bay Point Redevelopment Plan, approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 3, 2008, identified a goal of improving the infrastructure of the area south of Willow Pass Road known as the Bella Vista neighborhood. In order to identify necessary improvements to the current infrastructure and any new infrastructure, an Infrastructure Study of the neighborhood was authorized to be undertaken by the County Public Works Department.
