HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12142010 - C.101RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #26-894-14 with Mark Vukalcic, M.D., a self-employed individual, effective September 30, 2010, to amend Contract #26-894-13 to extend the term from September 30, 2010 through October 31, 2010 to provide anesthesiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical and Health Center with no change in the original Payment Limit of $650,000. FISCAL IMPACT: No change in original Payment Limit or rates. 100% funded by Enterprise Fund I. Approval of Contract Extension Agreement #26-894-14 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services through October 31, 2010. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this extension is not approved, patients requiring these medical services at Contra Costa Regional Medical and Contra Costa Health Centers would go untreated.
