HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12142010 - C.81RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–080–10 with Nancy Grace Boda, a self-employed individual, effective November 1, 2010, to amend Contract #74 080 9, to increase the payment limit by $60,000, from $84,000 to a new payment limit of $144,000, with no change in the original term of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Mental Health Services Act (“MHSA”/Proposition 63). (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In May 2010, the County Administrator approved, and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #74–080–9 with Nancy Grace Boda for the period from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance with regard to MHSA implementation.
