Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf
of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–080–10 with Nancy Grace Boda, a
self-employed individual, effective November 1, 2010, to amend Contract #74 080 9, to
increase the payment limit by $60,000, from $84,000 to a new payment limit of $144,000,
with no change in the original term of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This amendment is funded 100% by Mental Health Services Act (“MHSA”/Proposition 63).
(No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
In May 2010, the County Administrator approved, and the Purchasing Services Manager
executed Contract #74–080–9 with Nancy Grace Boda for the period from April 1, 2010
through March 31, 2011, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance with
regard to MHSA implementation.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #74–080–10 will allow the Contractor to
provide additional consultation and technical assistance with regard to MHSA
