HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12142010 - C.38RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Resolution No. 20874, to cancel one (1) Storekeeper (91VA) (represented) position (#7124) and add one (1) full-time Storeroom Clerk (91WC) (represented) position at salary plan QS5 0916 ($2,646-$$3,216) in the Health Services Department as recommended by the Assistant County Administrator-Director of Human Resources. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in a cost savings of $16,267.93. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department is requesting the addition of the Storeroom Clerk position in order to effectively staff the Materials Managment Unit within Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. The position will be responsible for performing manual tasks and routine clerical work connected with receiving, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, and equipment for the Materials Management Unit.
