FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
A Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by
the conditions of approval for MS 07-00017. This agreement will ensure the operation and
maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved Stormwater
Control Plan and approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for this development.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance
with the joint regional National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit
