(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: A Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by the conditions of approval for MS 07-00017. This agreement will ensure the operation and maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved Stormwater Control Plan and approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for this development.
