HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12142010 - C.09RECOMMENDATION(S): ACCEPT the License Agreements from the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) and East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the Agreements on behalf of the County. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the County General Fund. This project is funded 56% American Recovery and Investment Act and 44% Proposition 1B. BACKGROUND: In preparation for construction of the Vasco Road Safety Improvement project, the Public Works Department (Department) has been working with CCWD and EBRPD to obtain permission to use a portion of Assessor’s Parcel No. 005-170-006, which they share a 50% ownership, for the reconstruction of their existing driveway and the installation and maintenance of the Environmental Improvements along Vasco Road. This work is required for the project in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Construction is scheduled to begin January 2011.
