HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12072010 - C.14RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution 20868 to add one (1) full-time Network Administrator II (LNSB) (represented) position at salary grade ZA5 1787 ($6,268.91 - $7,619.90) and one full-time Network Technician II (LNVA) (represented) position at salary grade ZB5 1592 ($5,168.21 - $6,281.99) in the Health Services Department as recommended by the Assistant County Administrator-Director of Human Resources. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of approximately $265,926 including pensions costs of $55,718, which will be covered by Federal Electronic Medical Record funding. BACKGROUND: The Network Technician II position is needed to support functions centered around wireless computing infrastructures. Duties of the position will include management of network resources, both WAN and LAN, and servicing the Department's remote offices and clinics.
