Whipple in order to remove any County interest in a previously vacated portion of Medburn Street pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code §960. District IV. Project No. 0676-6P1600 AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute the Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. DIRECT the Real Property Division to record a certified copy of the Board Order in the office of the County Recorder. FISCAL IMPACT: None. Whipple to remove any County interest in a vacated portion of Medburn Street. Clyde area. BACKGROUND: (CONT'D) certain excess right of way on a portion of Medburn Street. The Applicant is requesting a quitclaim deed in order to eliminate a possible encumbrance on the applicant’s parcel known as Assessor’s Parcel Number 100-321-045. On August 14, 1990, it was also determined that this activity was not subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3 of the CEQA Guidelines. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: County interest in a previously approved vacated street portion will not be removed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable. ATTACHMENTS Exhibit A Quitclaim Deed
