Right-Of-Way Bond No. 64-11777 in the amount of $500,000. (District V) Project No.

FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the County General Fund for this action.
BACKGROUND:
On November 14, 2006, the Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with Lyons Vista
Del Mar 533, LLC, Subdivision 8448, to provide for acquisition of the Right-of-Way and
for payment by the Subdivider of all costs of acquiring the Right-of-Way for the installation
of a storm drain in Bay Point, Drainage Area 48B.
The Acquisition of Off-site Right-of-Way Agreement required a $500,000 corporate surety
bond to cover costs incurred by the County. Acquisition of the right-of-way was completed
and Grant of Easement was recorded on February 9, 2007.
