ACCEPT the Grant Deed from the Contra Costa County Public Facilities Corporation for
the real property located at 151 Linus Pauling Drive, Hercules. (District II) Project No.:
7758-6X5536.
DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above-referenced Grant Deed recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No funds are being exchanged. There is no impact to the County General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
The Contra Costa County Public Facilities Corporation (PFC) currently holds title to
property in Hercules that is currently used by Contra Costa County Employment and
Human Services. In anticipation of the dissolution of the PFC, all property must be
transferred out of
