IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Rodeo Local No. 1-326 of the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union to partially close, except for emergency traffic, First Street between Rodeo Avenue and Parker Avenue, Parker Avenue between First Avenue and San Pablo Avenue and San Pablo Avenue between Parker Avenue and entrance to Union Oil for the period of 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on January 19, 1985 for the purpose of conducting the Greg Goodic Memorial March subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via local streets. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; and the County Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; 3. The Union shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4.
