HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11022010 - C.32RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–419–5 with Perseus Corporation, a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $132,500, to provide consultation and technical assistance to the Health Services Department with regard to third party cost reports, for the period from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I.
