HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10262010 - C.35RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, to execute on behalf of the County, Cancellation Agreement #23-477-1 with The ANSR Group, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Department with regard to Contra Costa Regional Medical Center management, effective at the close of business on December 15, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by budget Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On September 14, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-477 with the ANSR Group, LLC, to provide professional consultation and technical assistance to the Health Services Department with regard to Contra Costa Regional Medical Center management including, but not limited to, planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the operations, monitoring systems and polices and procedure that assure quality outcomes and effective and efficient health care at APPROVE OTHER RECOMMENDATION OF CNTY ADMINISTRATOR RECOMMENDATION OF BOARD COMMITTEE Action of Board On: 10/26/2010 APPROVED AS RECOMMENDED OTHER Clerks Notes: VOTE OF SUPERVISORS AYE:John Gioia, District I Supervisor Gayle B. The purpose of this Board Order is to advise the Board of Supervisors that the Department and the Contractor, have agreed to terminate Contract #23-477, effective December 15, 2010. Therefore, in accordance with Paragraph 5. (Termination and Cancellation) of the Contract, the Department and Contractor have agreed to a mutual cancellation of this Contract. Approval of Cancellation Agreement #23-477-1 will accomplish this termination. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Not Applicable. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable.
