HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10262010 - C.33RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Circle Point, to extend the term of the contract from December 31, 2010 to June 30, 2011, and increase the payment limit from $90,446 to $118,747, to allow the contractor to continue preparing the Environmental Impact Report (EIR). FISCAL IMPACT: No Impact to the General Fund. The cost of preparing the document is covered by revenue received from land development application fees paid by the project applicant. BACKGROUND: The environmental document is for two pending applications for a Minor Subdivision and Land Use Permit to establish a religious facility "New Sanctuary" for Sufism Reoriented located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Boulevard Way, Kinney Drive, and Garden Court, within the unincorporated Walnut Creek (Saranap) area.
