HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10192010 - C.25RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 20855 reducing one full-time (40/40) Treasurer's Accounting Officer (S5SG) position #314 to part-time (18/40) and increasing one part-time (20/40) Property Tax Business Systems Manager (LWVD) position #11547 to full-time (40/40) in the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office. FISCAL IMPACT: Total Compensation cost savings of $10,633 annually $249 of which is retirement expense; $7,089 in fiscal year 2010-2011 $166 of which is retirement expense (8 months of savings). BACKGROUND: The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office is requesting this position adjustment to meet the changing needs of the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office. With the addition of new systems (Cashiering and Property Tax Payment System) there is a need for a full-time systems manager.
