APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to renew Cardroom License
Number 6, known as "California Grand Casino" currently located at 5988 Pacheco Blvd.,
Pacheco, California, for the period of November 26, 2010 through November 25, 2011.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$10,000; $500 application fee plus $500 per table for licensing of nineteen (19) card tables.
100% Revenue.
BACKGROUND:
In accordance with County Ordinance No. 82-44, Chapter 52-3, Article 52-3.3, Section
52-3.321, an application has been submitted by Mr. Lamar V. Wilkinson for the renewal of
Cardroom License Number 6, known as "California Grand Casino". The Office of the
Sheriff conducted a background investigation of the applicant. The investigation produced
no adverse information, which would preclude approval of this application. This Cardroom
License will be issued to Mr. Lamar V. Wilkinson, owner of the cardroom establishment.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Negative action will result in Cardroom License Number 6 not being renewed and expiring
on November 25, 2010. Once expired, the Cardroom will no longer be able to operated until
such time that a new license has been approved.
