HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10122010 - C.47RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, Wendel Brunner, M.D., to sign an Application and Use Permit with the City of Richmond for facility use by the Health Services Department’s Public Health Division Immunization Program for a flu vaccine clinic at the Richmond Memorial Auditorium on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Federal Funds. The total facility rental fee is $5,454 of which $2,717 is a refundable damage deposit. BACKGROUND: The Contra Costa County Health Services Department’s Public Health Division Immunization Program will administer flu vaccines at Richmond Memorial Auditorium on November 10, 2010, 9a.m.-9p.m., agreeing to hold harmless the City of Richmond for claims arising out of use of the facility. Approval of this Application and Use Permit will allow the County to provide flu & other vaccines to county residents.
