Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, Wendel Brunner,
M.D., to sign an Rental Contract/Permit with the City of Concord Community & Recreation
Services for use by the Health Services Departments' Public Health Division Immunization
Program for a flu vaccine clinic at Centre Concord on Wednesday, November 10, 2010.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Federal funds. $825.00 rental fee and $500.00 refundable deposit are required for use
of this facility.
BACKGROUND:
The Contra Costa County Health Services Department’s Public Health Division
Immunization Program will administer flu vaccines at Centre Concord on November 10,
2010 from 9a.m.-9p.m. including agreeing to hold harmless the City of Concord for claims
arising out of use of the facility. Approval of this Rental Contract/Permit will allow the
County to provide flu and other vaccines to county residents.
