HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10122010 - C.33RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #25–047–15 with Anka Behavioral Health, Incorporated, a non-profit corporation, effective July 19, 2010, to amend Contract #25–047–14, to increase the payment limit by $84,768, from $200,641 to a new payment limit of $285,409, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 37% by Federal McKinney-Vento Grant, 49% by Federal Substance Abuse/Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and 14% by Federal Centers for Disease Control (CDC) H1N1 funds. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #25–047–15 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services, including psychological counseling, through June 30, 2011. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, County’s HHSIN clients will not recieve additional psychological counseling services. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable.
