HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09282010 - C.53RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-672 with Siri Sunderi Cheng, M.D., Inc., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $936,000 to provide professional otolaryngology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Cost to the County depends upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services. BACKGROUND: For a number of years the County has contracted with Medical, Dental and Mental Health Specialists to provide specialized professional services that are not otherwise available in its Hospital and Health Centers.
