ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/499 approving the third extension of Subdivision Agreement
(Right-of Way Landscaping) for RA 04-01166 (cross-reference SD 03-08509), for project
being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public
Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be renewed to complete
punch list items.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be renewed.
